Byajdar.com ("we", "us") compares interest rates and financial products from Nepali banks. This page explains what data we collect when you use the site and how it is handled.
What we collect
- Usage analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand which pages are visited and how the site performs. This collects anonymized data such as pages viewed, approximate location (city level), device type, and browser. We do not see your name or identity.
- Email address. Only if you sign up for rate alerts. It is used solely to send you the digest you requested.
What we do not collect
We do not ask for or store bank account numbers, citizenship numbers, passwords, or any financial credentials. Byajdar never processes transactions — when you click through to a bank, you deal with the bank directly on their website.
Cookies
Google Analytics sets cookies to distinguish visitors. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the site works without them.
Third parties
Rate data is loaded from our own database. Analytics is provided by Google. We do not sell or share your email address or any personal data with banks, advertisers, or other third parties.
Unsubscribing
Every alert email contains an unsubscribe link. You can also contact us to have your address removed.
